Feedback

HoloPhone 3D is currently under active development and I’m already working to create new content and innovative hologram experiences.  If you have great ideas, content you’d like me to add, or bugs you’ve encountered, please drop me a line here or in email at holophone3d@live.com.

Also, if you are a 3D content creator and you’d like your work showcased as a 3D hologram – with links available to go to your portfolio from the app – please let me know and we’ll talk.

Thanks.

    • Are you interested in seeing support for anaglyphic (red/blue) glasses support? It’s totally do-able, might impact the framerate a bit, but I’ve been doing some more optimizations so I think I could possibly include that in an update. Let me know what you think.

  1. stereoscopic 3d was just a thought, instead of the glasses i wonder add red and blue in the display screen so you dont need glasses?
be nice to have some buttons to change displays like wire frame mode / smooth mode/faceted mode, and maybe change some materials. be cool if you could a AVI video of a water fall and have a 3D transparent fish appear he swimming and you moving it. btw i sent you a e mail

    • Hey Jon, we followed up over email. Thanks for reporting the issue. I have a fix in the pipe and it should be deployed in the next few days (depending on how long it takes MS to certify the update). If anyone else is experiencing issues, please let me know.

      Thanks.

  2. I have tried the app with the house and xmas tree on my htc titan but it wil not work.when I rotate my phone i will not see the house anymore.maybe you can post a video on you tube with the handelings.

    kind regards Rob

    • Hey Rob, please check out the video here (https://holophone3d.com/videos/) to see how the phone should be held for optimal viewing. Start off with phone flat on the table and your head over it. Then pick up the phone and keeping your head stationary, tilt the phone back and forth. If you are having any issues or technical difficulties please let me know. Thanks!

    • Anton – you are correct that there are lots more holograms in the full version. So I believe you’ve either found a bug or the tutorial mode wasn’t registered as completed for you. In order to unlock all the holograms, you need to make sure that you make it all the way through the tutorial (this includes going through the 3 marble mazes – don’t worry if you lose the marble twice you can skip each level). Once you see ‘Tutorial Complete’ – all the holograms are unlocked for you. Please give that a try and let me know if that works for you. Thanks for taking the time to give me feedback. I’ll work to help make sure that this doesn’t happen to other users!
